		<description>Sorry to hear about your backup nightmare. One thing to note is that all online backup services are not created equal. We&#039;ve had many Mozy users switch over to IDrive Online Backup for similar reasons. Also, IDrive is faster, performs better, and offers True Archiving (your files stay on IDrive&#039;s severs until you manually delete or sync them). So if you&#039;ve backed up 5,000 photos and delete them off your local computer, they would stay on IDrive&#039;s servers and give you that peace of mind.
